Instructions:
- Load a file with name *_[sizeX]x[sizeY]x[sizeZ].raw (without []), e.g. grayscale-fp32_213x275x64.raw
- Press and hold 'q' to draw, 'w' to erase
- Zoom while drawing to change pen size
- Press 'a' or 's' to go up or down one slice
- Press 'd' or 'f' to toggle contour or strobo mode
